Incorporated in 1987, with over 35 years experience in providing vehicles throughout the United Kingdom on a 28 day rolling contract, we now have a vehicle fleet of over 3,000 vehicles.

These types of contracts have been called many things over the years from long term car rental, flexible leasing, short term contract hire and latterly car subscriptions. Whatever name you choose to call our service, put simply we provide both cars and vans on a flexible basis with a package and monthly mileage allowance to suit your needs.

If you are a business owner or a fleet manager looking for vehicles without the bind of a long term contract, perhaps for a new employee, seasonal demands in your business or just waiting for a new vehicle to arrive, that is exactly what we do. We can also provide vehicles on a personal basis too.

You can also change the type of vehicle you have, for example you may like a 4×4 during the winter months but would rather a different type of vehicle during the summer months, with Apex that is possible. Another example of the flexibility we provide could be demonstrated with vans, do you normally need a Ford Transit Custom but have a new contract coming up where you would need the short term ability to carry a larger load, with Apex you can. Trade up to a Transit 350 long wheelbase L4 for the duration of the contract then revert back to the Transit Custom afterwards, at Apex we aim to provide you with a truly flexible solution.

Post Brexit, we have experienced a massive growth in demand for our flexible vehicle packages. Companies are replacing long term lease vehicles with our short term flexible ones and now enjoy no early termination penalties. They then have total flexibility over their fleet of cars and vans only paying for vehicles when they need them and returning them when they are no longer required. With Apex Car Rental you are getting low fleet costs without the long term and financial commitment associated with conventional contract hire and leasing.

We are also seeing companies recruiting staff again and taking this product to get their new employees mobile whilst they are on their probation period, this enables them to supply a vehicle without long term commitment and if the new employee does not work out they can simply return the vehicle back to us. We can deliver vehicles to your location anywhere in the United Kingdom and collect the vehicle once you have finished with it. All of our vehicles are under 6 months old and come complete with full comprehensive road side assistance. We can supply commercial vehicles with varying mileage permutations including unlimited mileage, vehicles can be supplied with either 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 free miles per 28-day rental.
